Gaga's debut album, "The Fame", was released in 2008 with little media attention. Gaga went on tour across Europe as well as the US to promote the album. But it was not until Gaga made her debut with her hit song, "Just Dance", that mainstream attention began to get to the industry. Gaga was suffering from a labral injury in her right hip. She was suffering from it for a few months with the hope of being in a position to continue her tour. After her performance in Toronto Gaga, she was unable to walk and was in great pain. She was taken to the hospital where her tour was cancelled.
